Unfortunately we've found it impossible to keep listings current in this category as most of them are regional and there are always old ones disappearing / new ones appearing in various locals. Profile Sites Many gay web sites that offer space for guys to list their profile are also great places to advertise. While they often allow free listings for a guy, few will permit you to promote your services as an escort without paying a specific fee to do so. Gaydar Worldwide it is probably the biggest site where guys list their profiles and hook up with each other. The United States is the one country where this sites presence is lacking. For some reason, Americans don't tend to be aware or use this site much, but most other countries do. Free listings offer limited service. A small monthly fee gives full services. An extra fee for an escort listing. Out In America In the United States this is a popular choice in profile listing and hook-ups but is not known much outside North America. It is actually an entire family of web sites that do have some interlinking: Out in San Francisco, Out in Seattle, Out in Fort Lauderdale, etc. They have also branched in to Canada with sites that include Out in Vancouver and Out in Toronto. Free listings offer limited service. A small monthly fee gives full service. Strangely some city-sites will allow escorts to list for free while others require payment. 365Gay Free profile listings can read and receive messages but can't respond to anyone (in short, useless!) It is unclear if the paid listings allow or disallow escorts to promote their services within profiles. Gay.com Probably the broadest worldwide coverage for being known and used somewhat in most countries. Free listings offer limited services, pay listings offer broader services. Escort and masseur listings are not permitted. It is rumored they have software to sweep for the words and auto-delete profiles using them. Planet Out Specifically best suited for the United States and Canada though it does have membership from other countries as well. Free listings offer little, so pay listings are pretty much necessary. Unclear if an escort can list. Special Daddy's Reviews New as of August 2006, it pulled all the content from the defunct Hooboy Escort Reviews site that had been around for years. It closed due to the death of one of its owners, however Daddy's Reviews is run by the other owner who legally couldn't keep the domain name when his business partner died. It took time to build up the familiarity that Hooboy had but it's succeeded. You would be well advised to make a donation to this incredibly valuable resource if you want to see it continue: we've noticed they're frankly stating they can't afford to keep it going without help. And it's a godsent to escorts everywhere--you NEED it! It is in your best interest to have reviews on this site: politely ask clients if they'll be so kind as to write a review (they remain anonymous). |
